Mixology Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Zuma Cannes. This role is responsible for crafting exceptional drinks, ensuring seamless service, and delivering a consistent experience that keeps guests returning.

As a Mixology Expert, you will be based in the historic Palm Beach area of Cannes, where you will work closely with our team to create unforgettable vibes and bring the energy of Zuma to life. You will be required to prepare and serve drinks according to brand standards, while maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar counter and surrounding areas.

Our ideal candidate has proven experience as a bartender in a luxury high-volume restaurant, and is able to maximize sales through up-selling and responding to guest needs promptly. A natural team player who is skilled at creating memorable dining experiences, and has a genuine love for culinary experiences and a passion for Japanese cuisine.

About the Role:

• The estimated salary for this position is €35,000 - €45,000 per year.
