Mixology Expert

We are seeking an exceptional Barman to join our team at Zuma Cannes. As a Barman, you will be responsible for crafting unforgettable dining experiences by delivering exceptional drinks and seamless service. This is a seasonal contract (CDD) based in the historic Palm Beach, providing a luxurious year-round venue with stunning views and a multi-format indoor dining space.

• Built strong relationships with guests, offering tailored drink recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Prepare and serve drinks according to brand standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar counter and surrounding areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Maximize sales through up-selling and responding promptly to guest needs.
• Stay updated on menu items and assist with the training of new bar team members.

The estimated salary for this role is €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
