Lounge Operations

We are seeking a skilled Lounge Hostess to join our team at Newrest. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure, providing a personalized welcome and farewell
  • Manage lounge reservations, seating, and capacity to ensure a seamless experience
  • Coordinate with servers and bartenders to ensure prompt and efficient service
  • Maintain a clean and organized lounge environment, monitoring and replenishing supplies as needed
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and poise
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service and a positive guest experience
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance the guest experience and drive customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or related degree preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with poise and composure
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
