Job Title: Senior Designer

Reporting to the Doublet CSM live General Project Manager, the Design Lead will oversee the management and team leadership of the embedded Look of the Games design studio for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Local Organizing Committee.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and develop design concepts and briefs from Paris 2024
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Programme Management of the studio, ensuring efficient workflows and timelines
  • Identify and report risks and issues to the client and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and implement guidelines and standards for the studio and third-party suppliers
  • Design and develop data organization, document control, and IT platforms systems
  • Develop and implement approval systems
  • Provide art direction for all content produced by the Doublet CSM live studio, including Look and WFS concepts and application plans
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidelines for art working to be shared with third-party suppliers
  • Responsible for developing the Look Memory Book at the end of the project
  • Responsible for registering studio work days for finance control
