Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned creative professional to lead our Marketing Partnerships Creative team in France. The successful candidate will collaborate with external brands, agencies, and internal teams to develop engaging campaigns, activations, and sponsorships. With a focus on establishing Netflix as a leader in the market, this role requires a deep understanding of marketing strategies, brand management, and creative storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as creative lead for high-profile partnerships, guiding and executing best-in-class campaigns that meet the strategic objectives of both Netflix and its partners.
• Develop foundational concepts that reflect the intersection between brands and titles, ensuring seamless integration and compelling storytelling.
• Provide guidance and feedback to partner creative agencies and brands, helping them understand Netflix's brand guidelines and workflow.
• Evaluate current creative resources in the market to ensure they align with Netflix's goals and vision for future growth.
• Translate marketing requirements into innovative ideas that resonate with target audiences.
• Introduce new partners and their agencies to the Netflix brand, creative guidelines, and workflow, fostering strong relationships and collaboration.
• Attend meetings with partners and manage all creative relationships, driving effective communication and mutual understanding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative Marketing, Editorial & Publishing, Content, Creative Production, and Public Relations, to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in a creative role (Creative Director, Art Director, or Copywriter) within the entertainment, advertising, or related industry in France.
• 5+ years leading a creative team, with a track record of establishing a brilliant internal culture that balances collaboration with individual creativity.
• A strong portfolio of impactful and award-winning work spanning various industries.
• Passionate about marketing, brands, and entertainment, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
• Demonstrable experience developing innovative creative solutions with notable brands, showcasing a keen eye for detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Strong experience in brand and/or consumer marketing, with a willingness to think outside the box and push boundaries.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Experience and passion for building great content marketing programs that are unique, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
