AXA Group Operations is seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our team and lead the Windows Basic product. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for implementing the product strategy, working closely with the Integration Teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of the product.
Key Responsibilities- Secure the implementation of the product strategy, coordinating with technical teams across FR/Europe/Asia
- Build and maintain the backlog for Windows Basic activities, including projects, features delivery, and technology end-of-life management
- Create items in the backlog for the feature team, including themes, epics, and user story functional descriptions
- Build release planning and communicate on progression, release content, and roadmap
- Be available to answer team queries on functional aspects of user stories
- Participate in monthly Steering Committees led by the Product Manager with Workplace Senior Management
- Track and report on Windows Basic technical debt, engaging communication actions toward markets
- Functional knowledge of Workplace/Workspace/Modern Device Management (MDM) solutions and IT domains
- Fluency in English essential
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in agile methodology, acting as a Product Owner
- Analytical and synthetic mind
- Editorial skills
- Relational and organizational qualities, autonomy
