Renault Lomme is a leading automotive dealership seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales targets for new vehicles.
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our new vehicles sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales promotions and campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- DEUG, BTS, DUT, or DEUST degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
