About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our Infrastructure & Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing our cloud infrastructure to ensure high reliability, elasticity, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate activities of a distributed SysOps team.
  • Architect, deploy, manage, and scale cloud infrastructure.
  • Plan and lead technical projects that interact with various teams within the company.
  • Define standards and best practices across your domain.
  • Collaborate with Development teams in CI/CD stack design and management, solution architecture, service catalog, and technology choices.

Requirements

  • Expert in ECS, ECR, EC2, ASG, Systems Manager, ALB.
  • Proficiency in S3, CloudFront, CloudWatch, SQS, SES, SNS, AWS WAF.
  • Proficiency in Docker.
  • Experience in programming in at least one language (preferably Python).
  • Proficiency in IaaC (preferably CloudFormation).
  • Proficiency in CI/CD (Git, Gitlab, Jenkins).
  • Expert in Linux (preferably Amazon Linux or similar).
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Proficiency in log management using Elasticsearch and fluentbit/fluentd/logstash.
  • Good knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, and cloud computing patterns.
  • Good knowledge of security standards and best practices, modern Authentication and Authorization methods.
  • Firm grasp of TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting.
