In light of the successful introduction of our specialized Cloud solution, Darktrace is looking to expand our team of Cloud Infrastructure Solutions Engineers. This dynamic and high-stakes role is customer-centric and will assist our EMEA sales teams in addressing our largest client opportunities in the Cloud sector.

Your expertise will be pivotal in providing technical pre-sales support, collaborating with account teams to drive revenue growth and enhance the adoption of our cloud offerings. As a key technical authority, you will serve as a primary resource for both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in securing client multi-cloud environments utilizing Cyber AI, while sharing your enthusiasm and in-depth knowledge of cloud service provider platforms in this client-facing position at the forefront of cyber security solutions. Your technical proficiency will be essential in addressing client and account team requirements, ultimately leading to increased revenue and enhanced client satisfaction.

Daily Activities Include:

  • Collaborating with account and leadership teams to formulate cloud-specific sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue and growth targets,
  • Guiding customers through demonstrations and Proof of Value, effectively positioning Darktrace within their cloud frameworks,
  • Identifying new upsell opportunities in the cloud by cultivating robust technical relationships with clients and channel partners,
  • Sharing insights through technology assessments and product evaluations,
  • Assisting the account team in crafting deployment strategies and architectures for clients.

Qualifications:

We invite applications from candidates who possess a solid background in software sales engineering or technical account management, along with expertise in at least one cloud service provider platform. Ideally, you will hold relevant certifications to substantiate this experience and have a strong understanding of both on-premise and cloud networking. You will likely have:

  • Experience in supporting consultative selling through technical knowledge,
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in an engaging manner,
  • The ability to forge enduring business relationships,
  • A collaborative mindset, able to guide as necessary to ensure team success,
  • Fluency in both French and English.
