Business Performance Analyst

About the Role
This is a key position within IDEMIA, responsible for driving financial performance and providing strategic insights to business leaders. The successful candidate will be a seasoned finance professional with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination of monthly closing activities across central functions, collaborating closely with the accounting department to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and enhance reporting for central functions to align with operational requirements, providing actionable insights to drive business growth and manage risk.
- Collaborate with department heads and Excom members to prepare monthly forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Manage the annual budgeting process for all corporate functions, ensuring effective resource allocation and optimization.
- Implement initiatives to enhance data quality and accessibility, particularly in the US, to support informed decision-making.
- Prepare monthly reports and conduct business reviews for corporate functions, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for cost improvement and streamlining within each department, driving efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with IDEMIA Public Security central controlling team to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in finance or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Result-driven, able to work effectively in teams and independently, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience in Power BI a plus.
- Proficiency in English and French desired.
- 6-8 years of experience in a finance function, with a proven track record of driving financial performance and providing strategic insights.
