Role Summary
As a Sales Data Analyst, you will be a key member of the Commercial Performance team, reporting to the VP Group Commercial Performance. Your mission will be to contribute to the following activities:
- Consolidate and analyze commercial data to support EXCOM Business updates and Group Business Pipeline Review (BPR) preparation and management.
- Support the definition and implementation of commercial performance KPIs and dashboards.
- Collaborate with the tool team in the development of new features in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
- Support the team in the update and deployment of the sales/win process.
Essential Responsibilities
1. Business Pipeline Review (BPR) data preparations
Contribute to the update of commercial information on actual results analysis and active pipeline review to enable Group Business Pipeline Review process.
- Consolidation and analysis of the pipeline 2 times a year.
2. Support to define and implement commercial performance KPIs and dashboards
Support the implementation of a commercial dashboard for the Management team (POWER BI).
- Support the sales team meeting and develop relevant sales performance KPIs.
- Perform and analyze a Post-Mortem survey on won and lost opportunities.
3. Support the tool team in the development of new features in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
Contribute to the design, development, and testing of all Salesforce or equivalent reporting, including but not limited to Orders review by BU, region, Business Model, Business Segment.
- Ensure that developments of new features in the CRM correspond to the needs expressed by the field (Commercial BUs).
4. Support the tool team in the update and deployment of the sales/win process
Contribute to the update of the process, make it known and deployed by the BU.
VOTRE PROFIL
Qualifications/Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Data Science or Economics is required, an advanced degree is preferred.
- 0 to 1+ years' experience in commercial/sales/marketing/data analysis and tools and process improvement position.
- Influencing skills. Ability to build bridges and relationships with key stakeholders and achieve organizational buy-in from employees who sit outside of his/her direct team.
- Culturally sensitive and adept with extensive international background.
- Strong logic, analytical skills, and structured mindset are a must.
- A commitment to learn on the job with a boundaryless spirit.
- High ethical standards demonstrated by the individual's reputation for high integrity in business.
Desired Characteristics
Fluent English and French.
Comfortable with Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, ...).
