The Technology and Global Services (TGS) Business Partner is a strategic liaison between business functions and IT, responsible for integrating IT strategies into business plans, executing IT deliverables, and ensuring flawless support management.
Main Responsibilities- Strategic Partnership & Integration
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with business function representatives, acting as the primary entry point into the IT organization.
- Develop, enable, and maintain a two-year roadmap of IT initiatives that align with business strategies.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, making strategic recommendations that consider technical options, limitations, costs, and risks.
- Shape business needs by offering alternatives to proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with IT capabilities and business goals.
- Project Execution
- Lead the execution of TGS deliverables, ensuring projects are structured for success with clear governance, stakeholder involvement, and risk management.
- Serve as the point of escalation and coordination within TGS and with business functions in the event of issues or risks during project execution.
- Support Management
- Oversee the IT experience for TGS end-to-end solutions, enhancing the company's productivity.
- Act as the escalation and coordination point for IT operational issues that impact business functions.
- Measure and communicate the realized value of IT solutions on a regular basis using defined metrics and analytics.
- Commercial Product Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify, define, and document business processes and software requirements, adding them to the CRM product backlog.
- Serve as the liaison between business teams and agile development teams, ensuring that the backlog of user stories is prioritized and aligned with business needs.
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic professional who excels at building positive relationships, driving IT initiatives, and crafting business needs into actionable projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of visions, strategies, objectives, and business processes, and be able to translate user needs into functional specifications.
The successful candidate will possess a collaborative and global mentality, bringing innovative ideas and approaches to the table. They will be proficient in communicating across multiple levels, functions, and cultures, and skilled in navigating sophisticated organizational structures.
We welcome applications from individuals with a Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a proven track record in a Senior Business Partner role or a leadership position in system implementation.
