At Hasbro, we're seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth and lead cross-functional projects. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve near and medium-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth in your customer portfolio and contribute to the overall commercial priorities.
  • Play a lead role in the Hasbro One voice approach across retail and maximize Hasbro brand visibility.
  • Develop and recommend sales, promotional, ranging, and in-store merchandising strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Proactively share channel, retailer, and brand insights with the channel leads and Global Commercial Strategy & Operations team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Senior Category Manager in FMCG.
  • Ability to execute global channel strategies and recommend strategies across different channels.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Creative problem-solving and process improvement skills.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
