In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our industrial facilities by overseeing maintenance activities and implementing strategies to enhance equipment reliability.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
- Lead and supervise maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout all operations.
- Collaborate with operational departments to coordinate planned shutdowns, minimizing disruptions to production schedules.
- Implement and optimize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to streamline maintenance processes and enhance data-driven decision making.
- Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Your Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Project Coordinator or similar role within a heavy or manufacturing industry environment.
- Proven expertise in implementing CMMS systems and a deep understanding of maintenance best practices.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively motivate and guide teams towards shared objectives.
- Familiarity with relevant safety standards and environmental regulations.
