Position Overview:

UPS, a leading global provider of express parcel delivery services and the 8th largest employer in the world, is expanding its operations. We handle nearly 15 million deliveries daily across more than 200 countries, generating significant annual revenue. Our commitment to integrating and training apprentices is unwavering, and we are currently looking for an Apprentice Operations Associate to support the Regional Manager at our Toulouse Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the roles of Team Leaders in various functions: Preload, On-road, Local sort, OSP, and Back office.
  • Overseeing parcel dispatch and enhancing delivery routes.
  • Gaining insights into all administrative roles within the center.
  • Preparing for a managerial position.
  • Conducting quality audits.

Additional tasks may be assigned based on departmental needs, your profile, and your engagement.

Candidate Profile:

  • Initiating an apprenticeship program: Bachelor’s degree in Transport and Logistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
  • Willingness to travel within France.
  • Demonstrates autonomy and initiative.
  • Possesses analytical and synthesis skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in English.

Important Information:

Contract Type: Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship/Professionalization)

Weekly Hours: 35 hours

Daily Schedule: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (CDD)
