About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director to join our team at Egis Conseil. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for leading complex transportation projects, including urban and railway transportation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage transportation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, to ensure project success.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to project teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on transportation projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, and Trello.
