Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Site Manager to join our team at ALPHADOZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Coordination: Organize and coordinate resources, materials, and logistics to ensure successful project execution.
- Procedure Development: Contribute to the development of procedures and protocols necessary for project completion.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage teams of construction workers, including internal and external subcontractors.
- Project Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
- Supply Chain Management: Manage supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Site Meetings and Communication: Attend site meetings and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project progress and resolve any issues.
- Interface Management: Manage interfaces with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Technical Analysis: Conduct technical analysis of construction sites, including review of plans, specifications, and technical documents.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and project management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Permits and Certifications: Valid driver's license and ability to obtain necessary permits and certifications.
