Job Description:
In this role, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team of six within the Sales Administration and Customer Account Management department. Your responsibilities will encompass the management of a diverse client portfolio. Key tasks include:
- Overseeing the physical and digital logistics of equipment undergoing repairs
- Generating detailed quotations for clients
- Engaging in effective communication with customers
- Administering invoicing processes
Profile:
Skills:
Familiarity with an ERP system, particularly SAP, is advantageous. We seek individuals who are autonomous, detail-oriented, and methodical in their approach. A proactive mindset, responsiveness, and a strong customer focus are essential. The ability to prioritize tasks, manage stress effectively, and collaborate within a team is crucial. Proficiency in English is required for client interactions.
Experience/Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Sales or Business Administration is preferred. Candidates should have prior experience in Sales Administration or Flow Management, along with a good command of English for effective communication with clients.
