The Cost Controller will be responsible for preparing weekly and monthly cost reports and other financial analysis for the project. They will also support the preparation of annual budgets and budget updates in conjunction with engineering and construction team members.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of cost engineering principles and methods, including budgeting and forecasting, change management, management systems/procedures, Cost and Work Breakdown Structures, Earned Value Systems, and contingency management. They will also have experience with budget and cost control tools, including SAP (UNISOL), U-Cost, Excel, and PowerBI.
The position activities will be performed in close collaboration and coordination with the Project Management. The job holder will play an essential role in ensuring project budgets are proactively managed, accurately forecasted, and implemented with the required level of project team ownership/accountability;
