Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure delivered solutions align with their business objectives.
- Solution Design and Validation: Validate solution designs to meet customer project objectives and technical requirements, ensuring business value is delivered.
- Project Leadership: Provide leadership to the Project Team, actively participating in various project phases to ensure solution adoption.
- Business Analysis: Analyze customers' systems, proposing effective solutions to address their business challenges.
- Change Management: Incorporate change acceptance principles into requirements and decisions.
- Architecture Competency Centre: Contribute to the Architecture Competency Centre, helping develop best practices and tools.
- Knowledge Transfer and Coaching: Deliver knowledge transfer and coaching sessions for consultants, including new talent recruits.
- ERP Implementation Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of ERP implementation.
- Industry Experience: Industry experience in Distribution / Supply Chain / Logistics / Retail to ensure the overall consistency of the solution.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Exceptional stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Language Skills: Fluent in French and English.
