Specialist Solutions Architect

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Solutions Architect to join our team at Red Hat France. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and providing pre-sales technical support to prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver successful workshops and training sessions for customers, shaping and influencing their use cases and architecture design decisions.
- Scope evaluations and guide customers through successful proofs of concept and pilot deployments.
- Design, create, and deliver content that enables our organization to sell, service, and support our solutions at scale.
- Work closely with internal product teams, engineering, professional services, support, and sales to ensure a world-class customer experience.
- Contribute to the development of repeatable methodologies and tools designed to scale our services capabilities and promote repeatable customer engagements.
- Demonstrate thought leadership in the industry by producing high-quality content and speaking at conferences.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of IT industry experience, working in regulated industries including retail, finance, and power.
- Solid Linux system administration skills at the level of Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or higher.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Solid background in consultative customer engagement with a major professional services organization or within the services division of a major software company.
- Track record of working in a strategic advisory role to senior IT and business executives.
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills, including experience presenting to C-level executives at large firms.
- Solutions-sales mentality in an environment with multiple products and services.
- Ability to work seamlessly with distributed, cross-functional teams to achieve success on behalf of customers.
- Excellent balance of strategic and tactical skills with a high level of intellectual agility and capacity for original thought.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Business-level communication and presentation skills in English.
