Job Overview
Red Hat is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our Ecosystem Success team in France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding the growth and development of Red Hat's business in the region, leveraging our partner ecosystem to create new sources of revenue through joint solutions and offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of our partners' and joint customers' business and technical objectives and IT environments.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to assess the potential application of Red Hat and Partner solutions, creating and deploying technical account plans aligned with our strategy.
- Demonstrate Red Hat's value proposition across our portfolio to key partner executives, sales, and technical teams, identifying and creating valuable and sustainable partnerships.
- Collaborate with partners to create new solutions and offerings incorporating Red Hat technology.
- Facilitate engineering and presales co-creation with the partner ecosystem through presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and pilot projects.
- Perform regular reviews and report on the opportunities assigned partners are working on.
- Coordinate the technical efforts of other Red Hat resources, including product specialists, Support, and Professional Services.
- Share expertise by contributing to documentation, developing reusable assets, and presenting at conferences.
- Serve as a Red Hat product knowledge source for partners.
Requirements
- Presales, consulting, IT architecture, or equivalent experience supporting enterprise accounts.
- Experience with modern and emerging technologies, including public and private cloud, container orchestration and management, automation and configuration management, DevSecOps and CI/CD, and modern application frameworks.
- Strong presentation skills for small and large groups of mixed audiences, including business, technical, management, and leadership teams.
- Experience developing relationships at engineering, commercial, and executive levels throughout large enterprise IT organizations.
- Integration, development, or administration experience with UNIX and Linux systems.
- Understanding of complex enterprise solutions and architectures.
- Collaboration with others and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Fluent language skills in French and English.
