Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Daher. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Lead and manage project teams, including project coordinators, developers, and testers
- Coordinate and manage project stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
- Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase project efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
