Capijobnew is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Communication to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement communication plans to promote MSF's operations and context news
- Deploy communication activities within the country and feed MSF regional offices with communications about their country of intervention
- Coordinate emergency or crisis communications when necessary
- Produce and disseminate communication tools and channels adapted to each communication initiative
- Manage MSF social network accounts in country and monitor news and social media
- Provide media training and facilitate national and international media visits to MSF project locations
- Ensure the availability and good use of communications resources in the country
- At least four years' experience in communications or journalism
- Professional experience with MSF or other international NGOs in developing countries
- Experience in an international environment
- Advanced knowledge of social networks and proficiency in digital management tools
- Basic audiovisual skills (photography, video, editing)
- Working knowledge of English (C1 level minimum)
