Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Integrated Commercialization, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise the workflow of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor work processes and implement changes to improve productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Coach and develop employees to support their growth and development in their roles.
- Oversee the receipt and processing of merchandise, including counting, weighing, and identifying items.
- Manage the shipping process, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, including quantities, sizes, strengths, and NDC numbers.
- Ensure the quality of packing and shipping, protecting breakable items and ensuring that merchandise arrives in a satisfactory condition.
- Manage the cage/vault area, including the receipt and storage of controlled substances.
- Track attendance, monitor performance, and manage overtime for warehouse associates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or computer sciences.
- Minimum of two years of directly related and progressively responsible experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Good decision-making and analytical skills.
- Basic mathematical skills and working knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of computers and ability to operate effectively with Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with distribution center associates.
