About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product Design to join our team at 360Learning SA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our Product Design team and driving the development of our product vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Product Design team and coach designers to deliver high-quality products and features
  • Partner with Engineering and Product Management teams to discuss UX concepts and make tradeoffs to remove roadblocks
  • Own the design process end-to-end, from vision to delivery
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users and their needs
  • Define and articulate design goals that align with overall product and company goals
  • Ensure team health and enable career development, coaching, and mentoring tailored to individual goals
  • Own the Design KPIs and leverage them to arbitrate decisions with the Design, Product, and Engineering teams
Requirements
  • Track record of shipping complex, high-quality products and features on time and on budget
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Engineering and Product Management teams to discuss UX concepts and make tradeoffs
  • Experience owning a large-scoped B2B/C SaaS product
  • Adaptable to changes in daily work processes and willingness to improve them
  • Ability to own and advocate for a UX-driven vision
  • Team spirit and good communication skills, including the ability to communicate solutions
  • Leadership and conflict resolution skills necessary
  • Experience in coaching, managing, and recruiting Product Designers
  • Enthusiasm for our product
  • Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent
