Contentious Recovery Manager

Michael Page, a leading recruitment and temporary staffing company, is seeking an experienced executive to lead our Recouvrement and Solutions Financières Division. **Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage client/adherent claims and collaborate with operational teams to prepare files (invoices, contracts, guarantees, reminders, etc.),
• Negotiate repayment plans and agreements with clients,
• Monitor payment schedules and initiate legal actions if necessary,
• Execute court decisions in collaboration with the Judicial Officer,
• Manage insolvency procedures and handle creditor declarations,
• Monitor judicial recovery plans and ensure timely execution.

**Requirements:**

• 5+ years of experience in managing contentious recovery cases,
• Background in legal and/or financial studies,
• Familiarity with cooperative activities is a plus,
• Diplomatic and communicative skills, along with rigor and autonomy, are essential to succeed in this role.
