About the Role

BOWE SYSTEC, a leading company in the field of editing and intralogistics, is seeking a Commercial Development Specialist to join its team in the IDF and northern France region (within a 250km radius of Paris).

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and visit regular clients in the assigned sector to build strong relationships and increase sales.
  • Maintain a close relationship with clients to ensure their needs are met and to develop new business opportunities.
  • Develop a prospecting plan to expand the client base and increase sales.
  • Analyze client needs and propose suitable products from the company's portfolio.
  • Present product ranges to clients to meet their business objectives and expand their needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and other factors that may impact clients or products and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Implement sales plans and optimize resources to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets set by the management team.
  • Analyze sales results and take corrective action as needed.
  • Provide regular reports to the Commercial Director/General Management.
  • Comply with established procedures.
  • Regularly review client balances and implement measures to maintain them at a level acceptable to management.
  • Ensure administrative tasks are completed for the assigned sector.
  • Take all necessary steps to collect client payments before or on the due date.
Requirements

We are looking for:

A seasoned sales professional with experience in logistics operations, client development, and project implementation.

A highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a natural talent for business development.
