As a key member of our team at X-FAB France SAS, you will be responsible for developing, qualifying, and maintaining manufacturing processes and measures that guarantee the functionality and quality of our products. Your expertise will ensure that our industrial performance is optimized, and our product specifications are met at every stage.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain manufacturing processes and measures to ensure product quality and functionality.
- Guarantee product specifications at every stage of production.
- Provide training to technicians, new arrivals, and production agents on processes and measures under your responsibility.
- Collaborate with international colleagues and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Apply your knowledge of electromechanics, robotics, regulation, vacuum technology, and chemistry to drive innovation and improvement.
- Maintain and improve our quality management systems, including FMEA, 6S, Hishikawa, and CMMS data analysis.
- Engineering degree (Master's or Doctorate) from a reputable institution.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management.
- Ability to work in an international environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers.
