We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to lead our project team in Provence, France. As a Senior Engineer - Project Leader, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all project activities, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, and providing leadership to the technical team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion and compliance with technical requirements.
- Develop and review technical documentation to support project design and implementation.
- Supervise and review technical activities on a daily basis.
- Schedule management and coordination of internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the technical team.
- Master's degree in Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering or equivalent.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with a minimum English Language Level B2.
- More than 10 years of experience after master's degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in managing critical projects in international contexts, coordinating a group of at least 10-15 people with multiple interfaces and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in mechanical design, engineering aspects of main tokamak systems design, team management, schedule management, interface management, and propagation of requirements.
- Experience in Nuclear Engineering would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Nuclear Codes, such as ASME or RCC-MR(x), would be an asset.
- PMP certification would be an advantage.
- The person must be available to move to France.
