Your Mission at Capijobnew
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for all team projects and initiatives. The right person for this role is enthusiastic about supervising and leading a team of customer advisors with the objective to provide excellent service. Your future project is widely recognized as a leading search engine due to its speed, accuracy, and user-friendliness. It is also a manufacturer of smart home products, including thermostats, smoke detectors, and security systems.
What You Will Be Doing at Capijobnew
- Supervise, monitor, and develop a team of Customer Advisors.
- Closely monitor the SLA's and KPI's of the project.
- Guarantee the continuous monitoring and improvement of the KPI's project by identifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes, and developing strategies to improve the results of the team.
- Lead a team to success by creating an inspiring customer service environment focused on quality and achieving high-level performance.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

- Are native in French (C2).
- Are fluent in English (B2/C1).
- Have at least 1 year of previous experience in Team Management (mandatory).
- Possess in-depth knowledge of performance metrics (KPI's).
- Have excellent reporting and data-analysis skills.
- Pride yourself on excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
- Inspire others with a positive and 'can do' attitude overlooking a community-building approach.
