About the Role

The Senior Product Marketing Manager is a pivotal role in shaping the go-to-market strategies for Stilla Technologies' products portfolio.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to different customer segments.

You will work closely with the Product Management Team and act as the bridge between product development and the market, translating complex technical features into clear and compelling benefits for our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and refine product messaging and positioning that clearly communicates the value and differentiation of our Crystal Digital PCR products in the four areas of focus (Cell and Gene Therapy, Oncology, Microbiology, and Applied Testing)
  • Craft messaging for each segment and work in close relation with the campaign manager and designers to deliver them to targeted audiences
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Monitor market trends and evolutions mainly by being on the field
  • Identify emerging areas of focus
  • Conduct competitor analysis
  • Leverage real-world success stories to build credibility and showcase the impact of our tools in the four areas of focus
  • Participate in the elaboration of the yearly marketing plan
  • Work closely with R&D, sales, and product management to drive product success
Requirements
  • Master's degree or PhD in molecular biology (background knowledge to navigate the four areas of focus)
  • Knowledge of PCR applications is a plus
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, with a strong background in life sciences or biotechnology industry
  • Proven success in launching and marketing technical products, particularly tools or instruments for life science research
  • Ability to think strategically about market positioning while executing marketing programs at a detailed level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts in a clear and compelling manner
  • Storyteller, bold, flexible, team spirit
  • English speaker
  • French is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively with different professionals in an international team environment and on multiple projects under tight deadlines
