We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading project execution and coordinating the contribution of all stakeholders to achieve sustained performance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project execution and coordinate the contribution of all stakeholders to achieve sustained performance.
- Lead cross-functional teams to oversee capital investments relating to the company's fixed assets.
- Develop and evaluate team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Manage project communication and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage interactions outside of Nestle and ensure that the company's interests are represented and protected.
- A person of integrity with a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to doing the right thing.
- Curious and eager to learn new things, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Master's degree in Engineering and 5+ years of experience in an international project environment context.
- PMI certification and experience in capital investment projects management in the food industry.
- Ability to translate engineering knowledge into a fully compliant operation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
