About the Role:

The Commercial Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales and client relationships in the assigned sector (IDF and Ain) of automotive waste treatment.

Under the supervision of the Site Director, you will be tasked with prospecting new clients, managing existing accounts, and coordinating sales operations and managing the commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage and lead the commercial team to achieve sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and developments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in team management, preferably in an industrial or automotive environment
  • Knowledge of regulatory aspects related to the automotive industry
  • Confirmed experience in sales, negotiation, activity management, or contract deployment
  • Ability to partner with teams and drive business growth
