We are seeking a Production Operations Manager who is passionate about the bakery sector to oversee and enhance the entire manufacturing processes for our client.
This role is based in a production facility with three main areas: bakery, pastry, and snacking.
Your Responsibilities:
- Production Mastery: Organize, schedule, and optimize production operations to meet quality, quantity, and timeline objectives. Implement effective procedures and controls.
- Leadership and Team Management: Inspire, motivate, and develop a team of professionals (including Division Managers), fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Enhance the skills of the team leaders.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce and uphold quality and food safety standards, ensuring our products meet the highest compliance requirements.
- Cost Management: Streamline production costs, manage inventory, and ensure the profitability of operations.
- Innovation and Development: Contribute to the creation of new recipes, continuous process improvement, and the adoption of new technologies.
Your Profile:
- Education: You hold a degree in bakery, food technology, or a related field, with substantial experience in an industrial setting.
- Skills: You possess expertise in bakery production techniques, HACCP standards, and production management tools. You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
