Adsearch is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Terracing Works Supervisor for our client, a dynamic company operating within a larger group.

As a Terracing Works Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing various projects related to earthworks. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, ensuring the successful execution of projects while adhering to technical, financial, and commercial objectives.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, effectively guiding them towards achieving project goals within established parameters.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, meticulously outlining interventions, budgets, and financial monitoring strategies.
  • Supervise personnel and equipment, ensuring optimal utilization and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, selecting the most suitable vendors and managing subcontractor relationships effectively.
  • Champion risk prevention and environmental policies, ensuring compliance throughout all project phases.
Your Profile
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing construction projects on public worksites.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, a curious mindset, and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Hold a valid Driver's License (Class B).
