L'Union sociale pour l'habitat is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Accommodation Manager to oversee our facilities in Aube.

As the Deputy Accommodation Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of multiple housing complexes, providing support and guidance to residents, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.

  • Leadership & Management: You will lead a team of nine multidisciplinary professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Your responsibilities include implementing the establishment's project in coordination with the social team, developing and overseeing programs that promote resident autonomy in areas such as housing, training, and employment.
  • Social Support & Coordination: You will coordinate the social and socio-educational team to ensure consistent practices and adherence to internal procedures. Your expertise will be instrumental in representing the company to institutional bodies when required.
  • Operational Excellence: You will oversee building maintenance and administrative tasks, ensuring a safe and efficient living environment for residents. Additionally, you may be called upon to act as the Accommodation Director in their absence.
