Job Title: Customer Care and Delivery Coordinator

At Château de Pommard, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care and Delivery Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics and customer service department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless wine deliveries worldwide and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Logistics and Delivery Management: Manage and follow all shipments according to customer requirements to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Prepare documentation for goods movement in compliance with international regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor wine stocks, dry stocks, and inventories.
  • Supplier and Carrier Management: Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and carriers to ensure complete coverage and maximum efficiency.
  • Customs and Legislation: Keep up to date with the latest European and international customs legislation to ensure optimal compliance.
  • Customer Care: Adhere to our internal Customer Care procedures and ensure that they are updated.
  • Order Monitoring: Ensure order monitoring for our customers worldwide (delivery follow-up, change of address, etc.).
  • Claims and Disputes: Deal with claims and disputes relating to orders.
  • Customer Support: Support customers with their requests.
  • Service Improvement: Identify service malfunctions and work with the Customer Care and Delivery Manager to implement corrective actions.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as the interface between logistics, sales, marketing, and technology departments.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Elaborate monthly and annual reporting to the Customer Care and Delivery Manager.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in the continuous improvement of the service.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Logistics, Business, or Order Management.
  • Experience: 3+ years of demonstrated Logistics/Supply Chain Coordinator/Customer Service experience within an international context.
  • Skills: Experience in CRM software such as Salesforce and comfortable with IT tools in general.
  • Personal Qualities: Organization, rigor, eye for detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English and French is key.
  • Additional Requirements: Able to step back and proactively optimize and improve logistics processes.
