About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Procurement Business Support Transformation Apprentice/Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing optimized remuneration processes, focusing on four main pillars: Simplify, Automate, Harmonize, and Document.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and audit current processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Implement and ensure adherence of new processes
- Prioritize A2S evolution requests and validate new product features and management rules
- Implement ad hoc automation tools and co-create training plans and materials to improve process and tool usage
- Launch, ensure, and improve remuneration process KPIs tracking
Requirements
- English and French (fluent)
- Oral and written presentation (PowerPoint)
- Autonomy, rigor, proactivity, adaptability
- Process mapping and operational efficiency
- Analytical profile (at ease with Excel)

About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual with a Master's degree and experience in consulting, audit, project management, and/or procurement. Expertise in change management, project management, continuous improvement, data analytics, and digital transformation is a plus.
