BUSINESS SOLUTIONS MANAGER (M/F)
SGD Pharma stands at the forefront of the molded and tubular glass production for the pharmaceutical sector. With an impressive output of over 2 billion glass containers each year, we deliver top-tier packaging solutions tailored for various therapeutic applications, including parenteral, oral, and nasal routes. Our global clientele benefits from our five ISO 15378 certified manufacturing facilities, ensuring a robust supply chain.
We are currently seeking a Business Solutions Manager to join our team in a transformative role. This position is pivotal in executing projects within the designated area while ensuring the seamless operation of TMA services for users.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Implementing IT Strategy
- Guarantee service continuity by managing outsourced TMA and the Business Solutions team.
- Oversee project execution within budgetary limits, ensuring user requirements are met.
- Coordinate project organization, planning, and activities to achieve timely and quality outcomes.
- Facilitate IT project discussions, collaborating with project managers and business units.
- Serve as a liaison between IT and various entities within the Group.
- Contribute to the development of the Group's strategic roadmap and Capex planning.
2. Budget Oversight for Business Solutions
- Manage modifications to the information system budget.
- Adjust financial plans based on preferred technologies and available solutions.
- Monitor project and TMA budget performance indicators.
3. Team Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Business Solutions team.
- Assess team performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage TMA service agreements and participate in compliance audits.
4. Technical Expertise
- Offer functional and technical insights on SAP modules and business processes.
- Engage in enhancing business processes and implementing effective solutions.
5. Future Project Involvement
- Support the deployment of a subsidiary within SAP.
- Lead the digitization of supplier invoices (P2P).
- Assist in the implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS).
Candidate Profile:
- Master's degree in Business or a related discipline.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in SAP modules.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication and analytical skills.
