Job Overview

Bounot Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Manager to join our team. As a Senior Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Client Management: Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Project Management: Oversee the management of projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and development.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
