Join Our Team as a Stage Assistant Brand Manager Sustainable Packaging

At Suntory Beverage & Food Europe (ex-Orangina Suntory), we're committed to reducing our environmental impact and promoting sustainable practices. As a Stage Assistant Brand Manager Sustainable Packaging, you'll play a key role in developing innovative packaging solutions that align with our company's values.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Brand Manager in managing projects to develop more sustainable packaging solutions for our GMS and HDS channels.
  • Work on high-impact projects, focusing on recycling, reducing plastic use, and developing reuse solutions, in line with our company's objectives (reducing carbon footprint, 100% RPET by [date]).
  • Accompany the Brand Manager in executing tests of sustainable solutions with distributors.
  • Contribute to the internal communication plan to inform and raise awareness among colleagues about our sustainability initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and conduct analyses (Nielsen panels).
  • Be the primary contact for our brands on sustainability-related topics, supporting them in implementing concrete actions and adapted communications.

Requirements:
  • You're a student in a university, business school, or engineering school (Bac+4/5), with a specialization in sustainable development, marketing, or packaging.
  • You have a strong sensitivity to sustainability and CSR-related topics.
  • You're recognized for your rigor, organizational skills, and attention to detail, as well as your analytical and synthesis capabilities.
  • You're a creative problem-solver, able to work independently and propose innovative solutions.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to integrate quickly into a dynamic work environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Benefits:
  • A gratification between €1,000 and €1,300 gross per month, depending on your level of study.
  • A 50% subsidized meal ticket.

This internship is scheduled to start in January 2025 and will last for 6 months, based at our headquarters in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
