Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Pharma Packaging Senior Product Manager to join our team in Paris La Défense.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability by managing the existing product portfolio, developing new products, processes, and services, and ensuring a steady flow of new customers and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis and Strategy
    • Conduct market research and analysis to prepare and propose growth strategies for different regions, including positioning and pricing guidelines.
    • Define commercial plans and objectives.
  • Product Portfolio Management
    • Manage the product portfolio to achieve profitable growth.
    • Develop and implement marketing and launch plans for new products.
  • Innovation
    • Identify and anticipate customer and market needs.
    • Develop and implement innovation projects in collaboration with R&D.
  • Marketing Operations
    • Manage product launches, including developing and implementing launch plans, defining communication plans, and providing product expertise to sales teams.
    • Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and knowledge to be effective.
  • Communication
    • Develop and implement public relations plans to enhance brand awareness, including participation in conferences.
    • Represent the company at professional organizations to promote the SGD Pharma brand.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or commerce or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a product manager in primary or secondary packaging for glass or other materials, preferably in a packaging company, advertiser, or supplier of filling machines.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze performance and financial data.
    • Excellent business acumen and marketing/product development skills.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Fluent English language skills (tested in interview).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
