The Ministère de l'Économie, des Finances et de la Souveraineté industrielle et numérique seeks a visionary Director of Data Solutions to spearhead the implementation of innovative data strategies. Your Mission:
- Orchestrate a team of talented individuals, encompassing both internal staff and external partners, to deliver cutting-edge data solutions.
- Oversee existing data infrastructure and tools, ensuring they effectively meet the evolving needs of analysis and reporting.
- Empower project teams across the organization by providing expert guidance on the utilization of data platforms and analytical tools.
- Cultivate strong relationships with business units to understand their specific data requirements and ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive data strategy, staying abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in data processing.
- Lead project steering committees and actively participate in data governance initiatives to establish robust standards and processes.
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations with partners while effectively managing budgets and resources.
- Guarantee the availability and reliability of data solutions, providing comprehensive support mechanisms for users.
Your Expertise:
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of data management principles and a proven track record of success in leading complex data projects.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing data-centric initiatives within a similar environment.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to drive efficient project execution.
- Familiarity with industrial information system standards and best practices.
- A strong grasp of software development lifecycle and data management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to modernize processes within a public sector organization.
