Software Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Compliance Engineer to join our APAC IT organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading the SCCM, Forescout (SNA) and EDR domain, driving technical innovation and process improvements to enhance the security of our IT endpoint devices and servers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project expectations, deliver critical IT projects, and improve user satisfaction through effective SLA management.
- Analyze and track data from various dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics related to security agents, patch status, and vulnerabilities globally.
- Integrate, certify, and coordinate workstations of acquired companies into our environment, working closely with the IT path team.
- Engage with global teams to modify processes and help them follow security governance.
- Monitor IT infrastructure performance, proactively inform management of upgrades or replacements required, and manage unsupported OS.
- Collaborate with the software asset management team to improve licensing structures and software catalogues.
- Maintain relevant IT documentation and provide quick understanding of IT infrastructure, processes, and policies.
- Support or redirect information to local support teams for smoother implementation and improved user experience.
- B. Tech / (CS / IT / E&TC) from premier institutions with good academic track records.
- Overall industry experience of 6-7 years in endpoint management, compliance, and security.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing SCCM, EDR, and SNA infrastructure.
- Good hands-on experience in troubleshooting Windows environment issues.
- Understanding of Windows patching models and software patching in relation to security.
- Powershell, Ansible, Python, rest API, etc. will be an added advantage.
- Must have soft skills such as experience in working in an international team, SLA-oriented ticketing tool, strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You will be part of the WW Compliance Engineering team, planning and implementing evolutions in internal IT infrastructure technologies and analyzing global KPI metrics on security of endpoint devices. You will also be part of multiple projects around Windows, software patching, vulnerability management, EDR, and SNA infrastructure, supporting WW business needs.
