Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the supporting infrastructure for the License Compliance Program, focusing on raid/audit/key accounts.
- Manage the LC audit program in China, including collecting target information, communicating with the HQ audit committee for case approval, and serving as the focal point with audit firms.
- Assist in reviewing, developing, and enhancing the supporting infrastructure for legal support, including letters of engagement and powers of attorney, LC matters in China and Mongolia.
- Support the engagement of third-party vendors who assist in advancing the strategy of the LC program.
- Manage LC cases, issue standard compliance letters, and follow up with phone calls and visits as necessary.
- Provide direct responses to compliance actions as needed.
- Work closely with the business to ensure compliance leads are entered into and maintained in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support the business in creating opportunities through the relevant sales channels.
- Investigate organizations and individuals involved in the distribution of illegal/counterfeit DS products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a focus on law or computer science.
- At least 3 years of experience in License Compliance or a role requiring analytical and investigative skills, as well as negotiation experience with customers.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of licensing.
- Ability to think innovatively and possess a strong desire to learn.
- Good English proficiency (CET 6).
