We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing personalized assistance and companionship.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients in meaningful activities, such as outings, games, and reading, to promote their well-being and social interaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients, assisting them with daily essential tasks to ensure their comfort and independence.
  • Support clients in maintaining their autonomy and preventing dependency by encouraging their active participation in daily activities.

Requirements

  • Possess a professional degree in Health and Social Services or a BEP in social work.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and effectively.
