As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of infrastructure projects, including planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
  • Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in infrastructure project management, preferably in the industrial and building sectors.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Primavera, and Asana.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including the Code des Marchés Publics, Loi MOP, and CCAG de Travaux.
