Project Overview
Diversified engineering team seeks a skilled Subsea Structure Engineer to join our Paris office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the structural discipline on subsea projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards (API 2A WSD, AISC 9th Edition) and marine operation guidelines (DNVST-N001).
- Collaborate with other subsea engineering disciplines, demonstrating a strong understanding of geotechnics, installation, flowlines, and materials.
- Manage project resources, budget, and planning, ensuring timely document issuance and effective reporting.
- Utilize FEA software (ABAQUS) and beam software (SACS) on previous projects, with a focus on structural analysis and design.
- Work closely with the project team, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in offshore subsea structures, with a strong background in structural engineering.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken), with French language skills a plus.
Working Conditions
Located in Paris, with a minimum of 3 days/week on-site presence required.
