Job Summary

A da Vinci Clinical Sales Representative plays a critical role in maximizing the utilization of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems. This position requires a strong understanding of the Operating Room environment and the ability to develop and execute sales plans that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior hospital staff and key surgeons to ensure effective integration of the da Vinci at new customer sites.
  • Drive utilization of the da Vinci by partnering with surgical teams to review and select appropriate cases and ensure consistent usage of the system.
  • Work with the CSM to develop a qualified lead funnel and convert high potential leads into sales opportunities.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including reporting of sales/procedures and submission of expense reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, including 2 or more years in healthcare sales.
  • Strong experience in sales, preferably with a surgical device company.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and valid driving license required.
  • Fluent in English and French.
